Direct-To-Film of DTF is a new technology developed in 2019/2020 in Asia. It’s an ingenious and simple process that combines DTG and DST. To summarize, instead of printing colours with an expensive laser printer then screen printing the white base. Applying the powder and finally curing in a dryer, the DTF process does all-in-one and the footprint is very small.
Better than making the process simple, it’s all digital so there are no set-up times or costs. You simply can print designs one by one, at a very high speed and incredible cost.
